Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that uses spring-loaded resistance on a Reformer Bed. Both our instructor-led classes and on-screen guided sessions are designed to enhance coordination, balance, posture, strength, and flexibility. Each session is customised to meet your individual needs, ensuring a tailored experience that effectively supports your fitness goals.

Foundation Class

This is an excellent introduction to Reformer Pilates, ideal for beginners or those looking to refresh their technique. Foundation classes focus on building confidence, understanding the use of Reformer Beds, and learning basic movements and positions. This class will make sure you are equipped with safe and efficient techniques that can be applied to other classes in the future.

Strength Class

This class is tailored for those with prior experience in Reformer Pilates. It offers a full-body workout that challenges technique, strength, and resilience, through various combinations using props and the Reformer Beds. Options for progressions and regressions are provided to accommodate all fitness levels.

Full Body Workout

The Full Body Workout class will feature a new mix of exercises each week, focusing on general fitness, toning, strength, and fat burning. It will target all areas of the body with a combination of weight training and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.

Screen Guided

Screen-Guided Reformer Pilates sessions bring the flexibility of virtual classes into the studio. Choose your preferred duration, fitness level, class style and instructor, with clear visual and verbal guidance to support a high-quality workout. With a library of over 1,000 classes across 35+ categories, simply connect your headphones, press play, and enjoy your session at your own pace.

Do you offer memberships?
Yes we offer Memberships for only $49.00 per week via weekly direct debit. Memberships allow UNLIMITED classes, instructor-led and screen-led.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?
Simply contact the Aquatic Centre via email, and we will action your request immediately.

Are the screen-guided classes easy to follow?
Yes — our screen-guided classes are designed to be simple and intuitive for all experience levels. Each session includes clear visual demonstrations and verbal instructions to guide you through every movement. You can also choose classes based on your fitness level, so whether you're a beginner or more experienced, you’ll feel supported throughout your workout. Do I need my own headphones?
Yes — you’ll need to bring your own Bluetooth headphones, as all class audio is delivered through the screen-guided system.

How do I Bluetooth my headphones?

  • Switch off Bluetooth on your phone/devices to ensure your earphones don’t automatically connect
  • Turn on your earphones and put them in pairing mode
  • Select the Earphone icon on the top right of the Kiosk
  • The Kiosk will search for available Bluetooth devices
  • Wait for your earphones to appear in the list, you may need to scroll
  • When your earphones appear in the list, select your earphones, select Pair and select Continue

What if I forget my headphones?
If you forget your headphones, you can still follow along using the screen. Each screen includes a built-in speaker, allowing you to hear the class at a low, respectful volume.

How do I create an account?

  • Select Create an Account
  • Input your email, first name and last name
  • Read and select: 'I have reviewed and accept the Your Reformer Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy'
  • Select Create an Account
  • Check your email and enter the unique code that was sent to you, and select Verify Account. If you didn’t receive your code, check spam folder, then select Send again if required
  • Create and confirm a password and select Create Password
  • Select Start
  • Next, we move to your onboarding which allows us to tailor your experience
  • Select your Pilates Experience then Next
    • Option 1: I am new to Pilates (Beginner)
    • Option 2: I have tried Pilates a few times (Intermediate)
    • Option 3: I regularly do Pilates (Advanced)
  • Select your Intensity Level, then Next
    • Option 1: Ease into it (Low)
    • Option 2: Increase strength and progress (Medium)
    • Option 3: Up for a challenge (High)
  • Select your Workout Duration, then Next
    • Option 1: Less than 20 minutes
    • Option 2: Between 20 and 40 minutes
    • Option 3: More than 40 minutes
  • Select Your Goals, then Next
  • Connect your earphones and select Next
  • Select Watch Video to watch the Safety Video to ensure safe use of the Pilates Reformer
  • After watching the Safety Video, you will be recommended a program that will best suit your goals. Select Start Program or View full class library.
