Swim Squad Framework

Our Swim Squad framework has been designed to cater for individuals who have passed Level 5 in our Learn to Swim Framework. These students are looking for a competitive swimming pathway or for to maintain their swimming skills and physical wellbeing.

The program focuses on improving swimmer's endurance, speed and technique across all four competitive strokes; freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Our experienced coaches work with swimmers to develop their individual strengths and weaknesses through a combination of pool and dryland training.

Swimmers in our Squad program will have the opportunity to compete in various competitions, from local meets to state and national championships, depending on their level and goals.

Intro Squad

Intro Squad has an emphasis on reinforcing technique whilst building speed and endurance

Duration: 45 minutes

Intermediate Squad

The Intermediate Squad is the next step for swimmers who have progressed from the Intro Squad level and are showing potential for club-level competition. Swimmers will be challenged with longer and more intense training sessions, and will work on developing their strength and fitness.

Once a swimmer has completed Intermediate Squad, they progress to either Fitness Squad or join a swim club to participate in club competitions.

Fitness Squad

Fitness Squad is an active session for those wanting to keep fit and have a full body workout in the water. This fun program covers all four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke.
