Deputy Head - Junior School

To commence in January 2019, the School is seeking a forward thinking, dynamic educator with a strong background in developing progressive teaching and learning, to support the School’s new strategic plan and the implementation of Junior School initiatives. In this pivotal leadership role, the Deputy Head of Junior School will support the Head of Junior School, through the coaching of staff, the management of students, and liaising with parents and the wider community to ensure effective planning, development, implementation, evaluation and ongoing improvement of academic curriculum and pedagogy ELC – 6.

Aquatic Centre Manager

The Aquatic Centre Manager is initially a 3-year contract position responsible for the day-to-day effective operation of the Aquatic Centre. The Manager is required to take a hands-on approach in maintaining a high quality and well-presented Centre at all times, and to demonstrate excellent customer service when interacting with various internal and external stakeholders. The Manager will be responsible for the development of Aquatic programs and services, and the development of a dynamic team to optimise Centre performance and customer service in order to establish the Centre as a key element of the Mentone Girls’ Grammar School Wellbeing Precinct.
