Deputy Head of Junior School

Mentone Girls’ Grammar is seeking a dynamic Deputy Head of Junior School to inspire excellence and innovation across our P–6 learning community.

In this role, you’ll drive curriculum innovation, build teacher capacity, and champion a positive, aspirational culture. You’ll be a visible presence in classrooms and across the school, modelling exemplary pedagogy while fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

• Expertise in contemporary curriculum and pedagogy aligned with the Victorian Curriculum.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and elevate teacher practice.

• Permanent full-time teaching position with a 0.40 flexible teaching load
