Director of Admissions

Reporting directly to the Principal, Ms Lauren Perfect, and supported by the Senior Management Team, the Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in shaping the School’s future. As a key brand ambassador, the Director of Admissions will develop a deep understanding of the aspirations and needs of prospective students and their families, delivering a personalised and seamless enrolment experience that enhances conversion outcomes.

Working closely with the Director of Community Relations, the successful candidate will contribute to strategic planning and provide insight-driven recommendations for enrolment and recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the admissions process across ELC to Year 12.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain prospective families.
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience for all applicants and their families.
• Provide data analysis and reporting on enrolment trends and performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the School’s values and goals.
• Lead two direct reports.
