Head of Mathematics

The School is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Head of Mathematics to lead our Mathematics Department. This key leadership position is responsible for setting the vision, direction, and delivery of an engaging and innovative Mathematics curriculum that fosters curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking.

The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated educators, champion professional learning, and ensure every student is supported to achieve their personal best. You will bring strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, along with a passion for empowering young women through excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Requirements:

• Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• Bachelor of Education (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to teach Mathematics to VCE level
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student growth, wellbeing, and innovative teaching practices
• Eligibility to work in Australia
