The Head of Senior School reports directly to the Principal and is a key member of the School’s Executive team, with oversight of staff, student wellbeing and the operational leadership of Years 7–12.

The Head of Senior School provides strategic, educational and pastoral leadership across Years 7–12, cultivating a culture of growth, aspiration, trust and excellence. With a sharp focus on student wellbeing as central to academic success, the role leads a cohesive team of leaders and staff, driving consistent expectations, fostering community engagement and modelling calm, contemporary, relational leadership. The Head of Senior School plays a pivotal role in implementing change initiatives, developing staff capability, and ensuring a vibrant, connected and high-functioning Senior School community.
