The Role
Mentone Girls' Grammar is seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to provide exceptional executive, strategic and operational support to the Principal.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the School, providing trusted support to the Principal while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Principal's Office. Working with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and initiative, you will coordinate governance activities, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with students, staff, families, Board members and the wider School community.
Experience in an independent school or education environment, and knowledge of systems such as Synergetic and Schoolbox, will be highly regarded.
