Mentone Girls’ Grammar is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate ELC Coeducator to join our Junior School team in Term 4.
Our Early Learning Centre provides quality three and four-year-old kindergarten programs that nurture curiosity, confidence, creativity and a love of learning. Our ELC team plays an important role in giving each girl the strongest possible start to her educational journey, while building warm and meaningful relationships with children and their families. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to creating an environment where every girl feels known, seen and heard.
As an ELC Coeducator, you will be an integral member of a collaborative and dedicated team, working alongside ELC Teachers and Coeducators under the leadership of the ELC Director.
You will contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, engaging and stimulating learning environment that supports each child’s learning, development and wellbeing. With an understanding of the developmental needs of young girls, you will help deliver meaningful learning experiences that encourage children to explore, discover, create and develop confidence in their abilities.
This role is ideal for an educator who brings warmth, creativity and energy to their work and who genuinely enjoys being part of children’s early learning experiences.
