Teaching and Learning Administration Assistant

The School is seeking to appoint a highly experienced and motivated Teaching and Learning Administration Assistant.

The position will oversee the administration of all aspects of the Teaching and Learning administration, including; management and oversight of the VASS database, assisting the Head of VCE & Future Pathways to ensure all VCE teachers are up-to-date with VCAA and VCE information, procedures and guidelines, providing administrative support for all school Examinations, including VCE Examinations and managing the administration of all assessment and reporting matters in the Senior School.  

This position will suit someone with proven experience as an EA (or similar administrative role).  The successful candidate will understand the responsibilities of managing and prioritising administration tasks whilst having the ability to proactively support a senior executive with their day-to-day operations including an ability to anticipate needs. They will possess a high degree of care for young people and be quick at building community connections, getting things done and keeping operations running seamlessly.

As the heart of this role will be a professional with a strong focus on customer service, who will have a natural rapport with staff and students and demonstrated mature approach with an empathy towards the needs of students, parents and other key School stakeholders.

This position is being offered as a full time (FTE 1.00) role.  Previous experience in an educational setting will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be available to commence in Term 3, 2024.
